This reminds me to eat more again and train my muscles. When I don't loose 1kg a day I just eat less and exercise more, but that doesn't work.

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 – 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightloss.

I am trying so hard. I’m depressed when I see myself in a mirror. I am intermittent fasting and going to the gym. But I still see my belly fat and it makes me think horrible thoughts. I’m thinking of getting in touch with a dietitian as well. To further help me on my journey. But seeing ur quote also makes me think about why I first started. ^^

The problem is that people don't give their body enough rest so it can have enough time to synthesize muscles. Or maybe they just rest too much to the extent where their muscle starts breaking down. Or maybe they just skip meals which causes their muscles to break down too. Or maybe some other health problems which you shouldn't be concerned about if you know you're healthy

I believe stress is a symptom of psychological withdrawals from sugar…

if you think about when a drug addict gets high, prior to the drugs entering their body, the brain releases a massive amount of dopamine to tell your body to get ready for the drugs… now sugar, is a substance that recreates or mimics that dopamine fluctuation to tell the body to get ready for the drugs, and so when you feel hungry, or crave something sweet, it’s because you’re having physical and psychological withdrawals

Oh my gosh I was very skinny 50kg and I wanted to do excercise to have a flat stomach, I am what ppl call "skinnyfat" but couldn't do it bc if I lost any more fat I would be anorexic. I friking gained weight thinking that if I excercise and lose weight like that I would get the fit body that I want and now she is saying all this time it was just stress? Dammit >:T Now I am in a hopeless spot 🙁 no solution guys even if u are skinny there is no way to get flat stomach. Im stressed 24/7 bc of mental health lmao.

I have hormonal autoimmune illness and due to that clinical insomnia… No matter what l do it wont go away medicine only just manages it a bit 🙁 so no hope for me
