You are such an inspiration, that while watching, I was hoping that you introduced HasFit to the lady on the elliptical! (I know it's a fine line of whether you felt like you might have been bothering her….but it could have changed her health AND LIFE!). I'm curious, did you?

I was watching you working out in the gym and I saw that lady on elliptical and I thought wow how awesome it could have been if that was me!!how exciting it would be!!!but she obviously had no idea!!! some people are so lucky and they just don't know it!!!

how come your not the model in your own book?. jw is that your companys decision or yours.? i just started following your programs a month ago im doing the warrior and the high intensity plans at the same time. im used to working out 40-60 mins a day

I workout at 4:15 every morning…then go to work and get stuff done for 6 AM. After work when I get home I like to get another in either walking/jogging or cycling. Weekends are for fun different workouts. If I didn't get it done in the morning…I would likely miss way too many workouts.
