Today I’m bringing you another No REPEATS Mash Up Workout!! I’ve combined some of my favorite exercises from recent workouts into one killer sweat sesh. This combination of dumbbell strength training, body-weight exercises and cardio moves will get that heart rate up and have you sweating for sure! Let’s gooooo!!!

I enjoyed this work out as I enjoy all of your videos. Can you add a little more core exercises. I realize the core in incorporated with each move. I would just like more additional core moves.
