Week 5 is complete! Woo! I honestly weighed myself once at the beginning of the program and haven't weighed myself since then and I never measured. But, I can tell you that I'm having lots of non-scale victories! My pants are all fitting way better and I am seeing muscle definition everywhere! I will say that I made a few dietary adjustments as well: I cut out dairy and switched to dairy-free products for the most part. I also switched to sprouted bread.

When DOESN'T one of Heather's workouts kick my butt? Answer: Never, they always do! Still got a good workout in and was able to modify/do my own thing for some of these because of my knees, plus my hip left hip flexor being in some discomfort

I just want to say I love all your workouts. There hard and that’s what I love about and that it’s not always the same workout so your body doesn’t get used to the same workout and you are able to progress. I lobe that u have weights in your program. I’ve seen a bog change in myself thanks to you.
