Like the 20 second rest periods. Helps me really do the exercises with higher intensity, because I can recover better. Also, workouts of 50-60 minutes really are great if you are not pressed for time, e.g. retired like me and want something challenging. This one helped me crush my activity goal easily.

There's a lunge and curl right but no left. There's a lunge and press left but no right. I personally restart these sections and do the opposite side but wondered if this was intentional.
