Time for another No Repeats HIIT workout!! This total body mash up workout combines some of my favorite body-weighted and dumbbell exercises into one serious sweat sesh! We are working on cardio and strength in today HIIT workout and we only have to perform each exercise one time – which is great for people who get bored easily! This 30 minute workout is going to fly by – let’s Goooooo!

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up

Love your workouts, perfect for 47 me working towards wearing 100% of her wardrobe again- 20 pounds to go! Love the no-repeats, no talk, inserts for anticipation…maybe add a bar showing time done and time left for extra-motivation?

Just doing this one now because I have more time on the weekend for a longer workout. WOW. 477 calorie burn and I am feeling good and strong! Heather, serious question. Are you on any other platforms just in case something happens to You Tube? Your channel is the only one I use for exercise.
