I liked the no repeat part of it, but it was a bit too much on my hands and knees. I'd prefer more standing weight movements with no repeat. Awesome workout though!

This is one of my favorites so far! Love to combination moves that allow me to modify as needed and still get an effective and tough workout! Great mix!
I'm a little late to the game (watched for the first time today) but since you asked for comments…I really enjoyed this one! The combo of arms and abs were some of my favorites, and I always enjoy the courtsey lunge, and starting off with a warming exercise (like jumping jacks or sumo squat).
Is doing one, 20-30 minute video of yours a day sufficient for a full workout to stay fit and toned, or do you usually recommend doing multiple videos per day?

This was my first MadFit workout using dumbells (I just got my first pair -10 lb each). For those in my boat, I recommend taking the dumbells exercises very slowly to make sure you maintain proper balance of your body weight to the dumbells. Position in the hands is also important, especially for those like me who get sweaty hands. For the exercises in which Maddie uses the 5 lb weights, I did a most of those without weights and just focused on form. I did a couple of those with the 10 lb weights but was very slow and intentional. Thank you! Maddie!
