It’s LEG DAY!! We are working on lower body strength and sculpting in this NO REPEATS leg workout with dumbbells. The goal is to use a heavier weight and keep your movement controlled during each work period. We have a number of killer leg exercises to power through today and only one set of each so make it count!!

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up
3 leg strength circuits 40s work + 20s rest x1 round
Cool Down + Stretch
Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I used a set of 15lbs and 25lbs) + exercise mat or other soft surface.
