No Jumping, Low Impact, loads of sweat! This total body workout uses dumbbells and includes a series of low impact strength and cardio exercises that you can do at home or the gym. Warm Up
4 Low Impact Circuits 45s work + 15s rest x3 rounds each
Cool Down & Stretch
