amazing workout
such a tough workout! i'm 3 months pregnant, doing this a 2-3 times a week interspersed w cardio on other days. Can't match Heather's speed but I still make it through!
I have a hard time burning calories with low impact workouts but I was able to burn 225 calories with this. For reference I’m 5’1 around 145 lbs and typically average 200-300 cals in a 30 min HIIT workout
My body burned 270 calories and I really enjoyed the exercises, thank you Heather 😉
