We are getting in a total body workout with this HIIT training. No jumping in this one which makes it an apartment friendly workout! We are adding dumbbells for building strength and intensity and will be getting through each circuit 2 times. Crank those tunes and get ready to sweat!

Workout Breakdown: Warm up
3 No Jumping HIIT Circuits 45s work + 15s rest x 2 rounds each.
Cool Down
Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I’m using 5lb and 10lb sets) exercise mat or other soft surface.

Loved this workout!! I live on the 2nd floor and my downstairs neighbors appreciate it and I’m able to workout with my 5 yr old daughter. She loves it!!!

such a tough workout! i'm 3 months pregnant, doing this a 2-3 times a week interspersed w cardio on other days. Can't match Heather's speed but I still make it through!

I have a hard time burning calories with low impact workouts but I was able to burn 225 calories with this. For reference I’m 5’1 around 145 lbs and typically average 200-300 cals in a 30 min HIIT workout
