I loved the kickboxing part of this! It was my first time doing kickboxing moves and now I want to find other workouts with it! I finished this video feeling accomplished and not discouraged. Def incorporating this into my weekly routine and adding weights gradually!

I remember doing this workout 2 years ago and i wasnt feeling like i was doing a hard workout and now i feel like a have done a great workout, i dont think i got worse because im stronger than i have ever been i guess you can even learn how to workout 🙂 thank you for being with me in this 2 years love u guys
