I really enjoyed this workout! I’m just starting out with getting on track with fitness, and for someone who feels rather daunted by it…this workout made me feel comfortable and able, while still having me work up a sweat! Thank you!

Hi Kelly and Dan! So good to be back with you two after having Covid. Really missed Fitness Blender. Boy I feel it. Would love a few "I've been sick as hell" videos to do for maybe a week to help ease back in to exercise. I have been modifying a lot. Just did No Equipment Upper Body Workout with Warm Up and Cool Down for first time. It is part of new package I purchased. Love it! I have 1 problem though and have been meaning to email you about it. Burpies and mountain climbers are almost impossible if you are chubby. Is there anyway you can give me modifications for those 2 exercises. They kind of demoralize me. I can keep up with everything else or at least can modify them enough to be able to get a good workout. But burpies and mountain climbers are just impossible if you are over weight. Thanks a bunch!

I likz this video, i don't work my upper body in the every day life so each upper body exercises suxh as push-ups and planks are traumatic for my body haha but I'll keep on pushing until it becomes as natural as walking! Thank you fitness blender for your videos

Back wasn't feeling good, so I looked for something to get me moving. Found this one. Was going to quit couple of times, but was able to tell myself to get to the next part, and then to the next part. Now we are at the end and my back is better :3

Thank you Kelly, the upper body cardio workout was perfect for me today, as I am nursing a pretty bad cut on my thigh. I just used parts of your workout or adapted them to get my cardio rate up without stretching or creating friction on the cut which is healing on my inner thigh. Wow, I feel great. Thanks again.

Ever since I've been doing your kickboxing cardio workouts for about two weeks I've been loving them. I was looking for something new other than HIIT workouts to do daily at home, and I must say this was very fun! Keep posting more kickboxing routines, maybe with gloves or some form of hand weight to get those arms burning?

Brilliant workout without weight. Makes you listen to your body and feel how the form should be when using weights. Some excellent ideas when no weights available.
