Been doing your workouts for about 3 years now, first time I’ve commented. Great, creative workouts; like this one especially. I remember the first of your workouts that I did was a 10 minute kettlebell workout. I had thought that I was in decent shape, but I could hardly move for the next two days after that workout. I’ve been hooked ever since. And, you may be interested to know that one reason I do your workouts is that you are great at combining strength with cardio for great HIIT workouts – I’m trying to keep osteoporosis at bay so I don’t have to take nasty prescriptions. HIIT training is supposed to help greatly. Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely love this one! The format really allows you to get into each exercise. Bodyweight is so awesome! I didn't even mind the burpees! They felt great! Yay! ☑️🤩🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❗
Came back again for this great workout. First half, I’m thinking, “This isn’t very challenging.” You made up for it in the second half. 💪
I really liked this workout! Love Tabata! My only suggestion (which I think you utilize in more recent workouts) would be to have a 20 second timer visible. Many times it's hard to tell when you're starting because you're showing the modification.
This kicked my butt! Thank goodness the moves are only 20 seconds! 😂
Me: I can totally do anything for 20 seconds, no problem.

Seriously though, loved this one. SO challenging, dripping in sweat, perfect way to start the day and feel awesome.

I totally did not feel like doing a workout tonight. I convinced myself to get started at 8pm lol and oh boy, what a great workout! My heart was pumping, I was sweating and now I feel great! I love simple moves that keep me moving (even burpees lol) and that get my heartrate up. Another one to add to my favorites! You definitely keep me moving, Amy. I'm so glad that I found you a few months ago. 🙂 xx
