Let’s sculpt and shape our hips and thighs! All of the moves in this routine are very dynamic and work the inner and outer thighs, plus glute muscles from multiple angles.
No equipment needed, just your bodyweight! We’ll begin with standing movements in the 1st circuit, and we’ll work on the mat for the 2nd circuit. Do this workout 2 – 3 times weekly, and you’ll start to notice a difference in the shape of your hips, thighs and glutes!

I want to increase my workout time to eventually get to an hour. Many of your videos are about 30 min. give or take. Would I just tack on another video using same body part (lower body for example)? or should I couple the workouts that use different body parts in one day?

I was not feeling like doing it today (or doing nothing at all), but my body knew I would be in a better mood after this workout, so I did it in my pyjamas lol Day 25 of the 8 week plan done ♥

Day 1 ✅ : I only did circuit 1 since I’m going to gradually do more. I usually did workout at home and I still do them but they don’t work for me because they have not gave me the results I wanted to and I have done them for a month. I’d love to see myself improve gradually and I can’t wait to see results.
At 8:35 I am gone…. Seriously i could hear my heartbeat louder when I paused while during this workout… Killer workout 😍😍💪🏾💪🏾
