I appreciate your message end at the end today especially… “whether it’s what you thought you should do today or not, you showed up.” I put off my workout till nearly 1am and felt like I called it in doing a simple short video. It meant a lot to hear your encouragement

I'm following you for years now and I must say that you have leveld up in quality but still propose exercises for any kind of individual and that is excellent. It reminds me of the university pilates, fitness, spinning and boxaerobic classes I attended.

I started working out with Daniel and Kelli in 2017 then stopped around 2019 when I sampled other YouTube workout channels. while I did like the other channels, I've found myself returning to FB for the quiet efficiency and sincerity of their workout approach. I feel less stressed out with my daily workouts and they make me feel like I am not competing against them.

I've been working out with you and Daniel for years; here on Youtube and I also own a number of your workout programs. When I found out I was pregnant and my first trimester struggles began (fatigue, nausea, etc.) I still wanted and needed to move my body.
