Once again back with a slow and controlled no equipment muscle growth workout routine!
The goal is to SQUEEZE at the top of each of these exercises. Force that blood into the back muscles to stimulate as much growth as possible. Maximize your gains! Edit: all good! I have to say, though, even after 4.5 months of doing this workout the upper body stuff still reminds me that it's an area that I ignored for years…

I now do one of your back workouts,one love handles workout, a chest workout and 1 six pack workout. All in a hour
