I have a question for someone who actually knows what they're talking about. What's the deal with carbs? My favorite Hollywood physique was tom Hardy in warrior and he buffed up fast. He went on a "carb depleting" diet where he mainly ate chicken and broccoli every few hours. But some people say carbs are definitely the way to go if my goal is to get bigger. What do u guys think? I'm like 168 at age 20 and I'm wanting to be at around 185-190 in about 5 years. So should I just not worry about it and eat a shit ton of quality good food

Everytime I watch your videos my workouts become better. I hit 315 last year with shit form and zero touch. Fucked up my cut and dropped down to 225. Seen your vids about a month or so ago. Been a stickler for form. hit 260 to chest and 270 real close to chest. Hoping to hit 315 before my cut in February.Thanks for helping the bench gains bro. keep on kicking ass.
Hey Omar,I noticed that you guys kind of lean back a little bit on your overhead press. I have always done them sitting as vertical as possible. Would you say there that theres a difference doing them with a slight lean back?

Why are you worried about PRs? Why not just train hard and get at least 5 plus reps on your sets. I would worry more about how much I can get for at least 5 reps in good form. I just cant see where doing PRs really benefits you at all.

when you first started into lifting/squatting did you get any soreness on your back collar bone the next day from where the bar was placed during squats? I've been lifting for about a year now and I'm getting into heavier squat weights, and am now noticing pain the next day. Maybe my bar placement is off or my traps aren't developed enough? Tips?
