Why we have to play with size in classic domain… we should judge lines and symmetry and classic looks with good masucle condition . I don't know why bodybuilding is submerged in mass monster concept. Plz need your opinion on this size vs bodybuilding…..

to help with mid section nick should drop all ab workouts and instead do active rest involving sit ups, planks because I've seen a lot of guys (not bodybuilders) waste time with specifically having ab days
When the lighting of an Amateur show is better than the Olympia's
Walker has an amazing Physic. Oblique look cool but Midsection definitely had alot of cloudiness and looked really hard for him to control. Would be awesome to see him with better control of a more defined midsection with that conditioning.

Logan definitely needs more size before he’s competitive with Ainsley and Bumstead but I like that he’s going about it slowly and not blowing up his guy by overloading his stack. At least he’s got a good coach that’s leading him well with the supplements.

I agree with you about Nick. His midsection looked solid when he pulled his most muscular but in some shots it looks a bit washed out. Still a crazy overall package tho cant wait to see what he does next
A 180 strict curl is good as hell for pretty much anyone of any age under about 250 pounds.

Nicks mid section will be a problem , his obliques are already too huge as u saw in the fron lat spread looked very weird like totally overshadowing the v Taper. Congrats for the Win but yeah he has to do everything possible for the belly before its too late.

I just wish you’d acknowledge Martin fitzwater. He’s only 23 years old, he just turned pro won his class and took second to nick in the overall. He’s 3 years younger he arguably has more potential

Logan Franklin WILL look like a teenage, natural bodybuilder next to Christ Bumstead and Breon. He brought great conditioning into the show, if he had 12-15 lbs of lean tissue AND stepped up his conditioning he might almost be on the cusp of the top 12 in classic O….
