Robby is just someone that keeps holding on the past. That is common with people that are getting old. What has been is gone. He needs to move on. Nick the comparisons are nice and your opinion is valuable, but when you focus on the beef between people it is just distasteful. Why would you?

It's a judgemental sport. No one crosses the finish line first. It's subjectively judgemental, and sprinkled with politics at times. Their egos get hurt probably because they're worshipped at whatever gym they walk into. Understandably so. You're good Nick. We wouldn't know who 95% of these guys are if not for NSP.
When i see your video it gives me reassurance when it comes to judging body builders. I love this sport and look at details of every single one. Enjoying they're ARTWORK.. on iain like you said an opinion. It comes with the territory. Its Good content.
My opinion is that while I respect true freedom, which affords every person the inalienable right to their own opinion, I sincerely believe in demonstrating mutual respect and love towards other human beings.
So, I would’ve preferred that Robbie had an honest convo with Nick Walker one on one – man to man, in the spirit of humility and friendship versus airing potentially discouraging comments. In my 45 years on this earth, I’ve never met or known another human being who actually ‘likes’ being publicly lambasted.
That said, I truly believe Robbie didn’t mean any harm, as he thrived in an era that voiced passionate and direct (even somewhat hard sounding) comments for the love of the sport.
Two things Robbie and Nick Walker clearly have in common are: they both LOVE bodybuilding and they both have an EXTREMELY impressive work ethic !
You cannot talk about a bodybuilder without hurting their feelings. For big muscly men they have the emotional level of prepubescent girls lol
you got to admit that physique of robby at the start DOES make nicks look VERY ugly compared, robbie had size , shape, tiny waist beautiful symmetry but those days are in classic now not open and time has passed and bodybuilding has moved in a different direction thanks to dorian yates winning 6x

An old angry man. It's a shame that this is how Robby will be remembered by the up and coming bodybuilding generation. He and many of the bodybuilders from the last century are not doing their legacy any good.

Iain seems very sensitive to criticism of his physique
In his prime, Robinson was considered by the general public to be everything he complains about Walker. Even now, seeing a guy like Robinson on the street , most people'd think he was "too big" & "unattractive".
Valliere is one of the most laid back non ego-centric guys out there. He hasn't been getting good press by others on things totally out of his control. He's a competitor and relies on judges to make decisions on his physique, not lay-people or you-tubers, weekend warriors, or whom-ever feels they have the knowledge to do so in a public forum. I think this is where the trouble lies. If I were him, I would be sick and tired of the peanut gallery 'professional opinions", yours included. He works hard, he tries his best, he goes on stage and accepts what judges throw at him and what they think of his physique. That is publicly then shared with anybody who has access to the internet. I don't blame him for his feelings, one bit.
Although Nick might not have the champion physique as of yet, he certainly has the champion mindset which I don't see paralleled in the open league, highly resonant of a Chris Bumstead. I love the humble confidence they both bring to the media and the sport at large.
Although I agree with Ramy repeating, I would put Nick at 3 and Brandon at 4, and I think it would be so, so awesome if Hadi finally got the victory this year
Iain saying nick dislikes him is kind of absurd, I feel like nick gives Iain a lot of fair criticism and nothing he has ever said was malicious
Nick needs a posing coach. If he did 3-6months with Kai Green he wins the next 10 years. The kid is young, massive, can transition into a pose with the greatest of ease. The way he holds without shaking is next level. Most can't appreciate it until they've tried it.

Nick, i will give you my opinion on the comments that you have made in the past. You never agree with Iain's placing. So that can ver easily be taken as you not liking his physique. Your tone is often negative when saying that you think someone else should have placed higher. So put yourself in his shoes.
Body building is all about looks, of course some body builders will have that insecurity in them. Bodybuilders do what they do to be judged… all the time. They judge themselves, coaches judge them, fans, other bodybuilders.. But for Iain talk about Nick, just shows how much weight Nick has with his channel and commentary. It almost as if they know Nick has tons of credibility to the body building world and they need his acknowledgment.
Julius and Danial are competing against each other, so we'll find out what's what.
