Nick gets us kicked off with a message to “stay focused” this week … and his BONUS BURN session gets the legs and backend muscles “lean” and mean! Do that fast firming session everyday this week! Mon. Jan. 29 – 5 Miles or 10,000 steps or 75 minutes
Tues. Jan. 30 – 1 Mile or 2,000 steps or 15 minutes
Wed. Jan. 31 – 3 Miles or 6,000 steps or 45 minutes
Thurs. Feb. 1 – 2 Miles or 4,000 steps or 30 minutes
Fri. Feb. 2 – 4 Miles or 8,000 steps or 60 minutes

Loving this challenge! I needed the motivation personally! I've added a bicycle crunch challenge in conjunction with the mile assignments… and in under 4 weeks lost 2 inches around my waist and hips!
