Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday – 4 miles, 8000 steps, or 60 min (2 – 30 min sessions)
Tuesday – 2 miles, 4000 steps, or 30 min
Wednesday – 1 mile, 2,000 steps, or 15 min
Thursday – 4 miles, 8000 steps, or 60 min (Go nonstop!)
Friday – 3 miles, 6000 steps, or 45 min

I am just now starting week 4 and I've lost 3 inches off my weight already and I wasn't even eating in a healthy fashion. Now I am starting to modify my diet and I am excited to see the results! I use the app that way I can pick those videos that have toning so I can tone at least 3 times a week.
