Happy Week 4 Walkers! We’re over halfway there! This is the time to dig down and WALK ON through your body’s natural tendency to want to quit! We’re with you…WALK STRONG in week 4!

Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday – 4 miles, 8000 steps, or 60 min (2 – 30 min sessions)
Tuesday – 2 miles, 4000 steps, or 30 min
Wednesday – 1 mile, 2,000 steps, or 15 min
Thursday – 4 miles, 8000 steps, or 60 min (Go nonstop!)
Friday – 3 miles, 6000 steps, or 45 min

I am just now starting week 4 and I've lost 3 inches off my weight already and I wasn't even eating in a healthy fashion. Now I am starting to modify my diet and I am excited to see the results! I use the app that way I can pick those videos that have toning so I can tone at least 3 times a week.
