One of the ways I show some self love is through turning my phone off at night and spending some time writing or reading instead of surfing social media. It's a great way to reconnect with yourself! I love face masks too 😉✌️

I've been really struggling with accepting myself….. I have social anxiety and I HATE how much it affects my life. It's extremely difficult to let go of that. I just have no confidence in myself. I honestly don't really have a problem with being shy/quiet, but society makes me feel like that's not okay.

Hi Chyna! Thank you very much for this Vlog! You are so gorgeous! It's not only your looks but also your charisma 🙂 You are radiant and so positive! I'll def enjoy watching (or reading) more of you ^^ If I could make a wish I would love to know more about your skin care, maybe you could write the products down you showed in the Vlog and also mention what kind of products you use to cleanse your skin. Do you also have problems with breaking out? If yes, how do you handle it? Another interesting topic would be make up 🙂

After 2 babies and having depression and anxiety I TRULY struggle with loving myself. My body used to be BEAUTIFUL and now it's a mess. And I'm still young. So while all the gorgeous young women walk around in beautiful clothes (bikinis, crop tops, etc) I hide myself in clothing that is 2x too big. But this challenge has made me change my eating habits drastically. Sadly with 2 kids I can't get much of a workout but it's something I try whenever I have some free hands and some time. I need to start a journal to put down my frustrations and also inspirations. Thank you for this video.

I have struggled with an Injury for the last two and a half years. On and off dieting. On and off exercising. But the ONE constant I ALWAYS had was Tone it up! I am learning slowly but surely to love my body and LISTEN when it tells me to slow down or to pick it up and hit the Gym harder! And that is how I love myself by listening to what my body is telling me 😍😘 love you girls!!

This was so in tune with where I am on my journey. I realized that simply the decision of loving myself more physically and mentally changes the perspective on the work that has to be put in to do so. Its not just eating right or accomplishing a workout… Its an opportunity to show self love!

Hey Chyna, I need help in finding the most effective arm and leg w/o when you're in a time crunch. Sometimes I don't have the time to really get those muscles working unless I have 30-45 min. and I also love some cardio. I feel like what I've been doing, my body is starting to get adjusted to so some different ideas would be helpful! Thanks! 💕

Hi Chyna! Thank you so much for this, such great advice! I felt your passion and completely agree with you 100%! This time last year was a game changer for me – I decided to make some healthy lifestyle changes spiritually/physically/mentally. TIU was a big game changer for me as well! Its not only the workouts and meal plans (science behind the foods we eat which is the BOMB to know about.. :)) but the community and love that you all show is amazing. You all want to be real with us, be yourselves, and get down to the heart of things. Its really been great accountability for me and my hubby and friends 🙂 So thank you for being a shining light. I would love to know how your morning routines go. I find myself unable to stick to my calendar or having a great sense of time management… so I'm really working hard on that. In the mornings I do have some sort of routine — I do daily devotionals in God's word, prepare my breakfast, get my body moving, and try to even do more meditations or a workout before my work day begins… I just cant seem to find that right balance and schedule for me. I'd love to hear more tips from you! <3

I’m kind of having trouble with the timing of my eating 5-6 times a day. I️ work the typical 8-4:30 shift, but in the hospital and would love to set reminders to eat because I️ tend to miss meals and I️ know that is a downfall for my eating habits. Thank you! 💗
