I completed your 5 day workout challenges and was getting ready to plan my own 5 day workouts with your videos. I was just going to go through your yt channel but I checked out your website (cause u said too haha) and now I'm even more excited for my fitness journey cause the calander and the presets for the videos make it super easy for me to chose exactly what I want! Kelli, please, if it's ok to you, tell us if your chronic pain has resulted from stretching the nerve or some other kind of nerve injury because of training, and if so, is it possible to protect yourself from that.
I have some symptoms and I'm in high risk of developing that kind of chronic pain (which as I know, could result or get worse from stretching the nerve or core muscles exercises) in addition to the one I've been having for 6 years now, and I'm basically afraid to exercise. I do know that I should ask the doctor these kind of questions, but in my case all the information the medicine knows is very vague, and doctors competent in this matter are hard to find. I'm asking just about your case.

Aw, you guys rock. Your videos have been an integral part of my life for the past 6-ish years. I started doing your core/Pilates/weights workouts when I was suffering from a very bad foot injury that led to two surgeries in the past few years. I learned to cross-train properly and realize that even if I could not use my foot/run/etc., I could STILL remain fit, combat the depression I was dealing with due to chronic pain, and look toward the future with a sense of positivity! I've now been running again for the past few years, but am still committed to cross-training–using your videos!–to stay fit and attempt to avoid injury! Thank you for being so relatable and awesome. I did not realize you were dealing with chronic pain–it indeed IS a beast!!
Do you have any advice for people who do want to get good results but are limited to low impact exercises? I tried a multi-week exercise hiit program that I had started seeing results with, but only a few weeks in had to stop following the exercises for because an old accident from a few years ago that left me with a bad knee made the higher-impact nature of their exercises a bit risky because I gambled on my knee not giving out or cracking painfully and making exercising all-but impossible for almost a full day afterwards, even with a knee brace.
I don't mind putting in the work and sticking to low-impact exercises, even if it takes longer (the plan I've been going with for the last several weeks now), but I'm wondering if that's actually the right method to do.

Hello Kelli and Daniel. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the videos over the years. I am very grateful to you both.
One thing I don't talk a out very often but would like you to know is not only have you helped me loose over 20lbs but have helped tremendously with my epilepsy.
Although I suffer from a condition that is not controlled well by meds and exersize is definetly not a cure, your exersizes have helped me keep a very clear mind.
After doing my fitness Blender I feel much more clear headed, relaxed, inergetic and sleep better at night.
I just want to thank you both very much. Kelli it sounds like your feeling allot better. I just ask that you and Daniel please pay attention to your health. You have a wonderful library. You have helped me eminsely over the years but please put your health above making new videos.
You both seem to have great judgment, so unless you need more time off, plan on me participating in the new videos.

I'm coming off of the 21 Day Fix DVD's. Does anyone know if the FB30's are too hard or will I fit right in. I'm switching all over to FB b/c I have loved their videos so much more. Just need a detailed plan.
