Personally, i don't like gyms. They are so crowded and i can't do my workout there . I decided to take bodyweight training plan from Agoge Diet. Training plan is great and i can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness

It's been great getting back to doing your workouts and just enjoy moving, jumping, sweating it out, not too loose weight or look a certain way but just FEEL better mentally. Thanks Joe, I am so grateful for all the incredible work you do 🙂
Awesome workout Joe. Could I ask you to do an intermediate version by losing the rest period between the cardio and abs exercises? Effectively turning it into a superset workout? I'm sure your tech wizzes can edit the rest period out or if you reshoot it, maybe up the exercise time to 40 secs. Loving the workouts, would just like to see some harder more intense ones!

But there is hope, because God (Jehovah) said he "did not create [the earth] simply for nothing” but “formed it even to be inhabited” (Isaiah 45:18.) because he has set a day where he will restore the balance of nature through a heavenly government, the one found in the Lord's Prayer 'Let your Kingdom Come' (Matt 6:10) when on earth "'No resident say 'I am sick'" (Isaiah 33:24) So put your faith in that heavenly government (kingdom) now and be among those that will 'inherit the earth' when he restores it (Matthew 5:5). Any suggestions for an alternative to the plank exercises and mountain climbers? A wrist injury means I can’t put my body weight on my hands on the floor. Static plank I rest on my forearms but the up and down and mountain climbers aren’t good for me
It’s my 3rd time on this one. I really enjoy it. I didn’t do 40/20 this time like I said I would as I’m getting back to fitness after covid and my first holiday in 2 years. I always feel good after Joe’s workouts, thanks so much Joe x
I’m 61, just decided to do something about my weight which will, if not addressed now, get out of control… I’m relatively fit, cycle 7 miles a day easily in 30 mins, so hope this is not too much for me…
Thanks a lot for this Joe. I pushed myself throughout this workout and i like how when you feel tired you don’t style it out and keep on going, you show that you’re tired. Keep doing what your doing and I’ll definitely be doing your workouts more regularly. Thank you 👍

Just as I'm about to give up and turn it off, its like you're in my head and all I hear is "don't turn this off" "keep going" "be proud of yourself" and I genuinely end up talking to you saying I won't give up joe!
