I’m 70kg and 178cm I’d say I’m skinny fat I have a pot belly but very small arms and chest, should I drink protein shakes to build muscle to burn fat?

I don't get it is squats, deadlifts and bench all you do? I mean i adopt the same principal and I'm just wondering if thats the way to get jacked? I supplement it with a few dumbbell exercises and cables but i never see you doing anything else?

I feel puny when my DL PR is 130kg 😀 I feel like i could lift more but cant find a way to get the form 100% right all the time although at 80kg i fly through them like a boss i think something isn't quite clicking for me in terms of form with conventional i hate sumo makes my balls dangle

Love Club sandwiches but only get them in pub food restaurants etc. Always get Triple Sandwiches though from the shops. Also, did you know Boots have already started selling Christmas meal deals. Your hills go up during the exercise. Shouldn't you keep them flat to the floor or am I missing something?
