Great video! Counting my macros everyday have helped me incorporate everything into my diet instead of just basic chicken and rice

Never a bad video from you Lex I've learnt so much from watching you, you say you can eat pretty much any foods whilst looking at the macros but apart from the obvious chicken are there any foods you personally like to stick with #crewlove

Very helpful explanation. I often feel like I lost definition of my abs after a meal that was not a 100% clean. Another problem I have is that after doing an additional rest day, I feel like my shoulders got way smaller and the overall V-shape of my body got lost. I always knew that both feelings are impossible to be real but I still get this feeling.

I am so unbelievably grateful that you continue to have the courage to bring up these amazingly prevalent aspects of fitness and fitness culture and call them exactly what they are and help educate people rather than shaming them. Keep On Keepin On Your glorious bastard

Excellent video. So try. Have/ do struggle with food. Have conquered calorie counting without being too restrictive however I do struggle with what my calories/macro targets should be. I really struggle with if the online calculators actually correct. Could you please help me please?? I don’t want to spiral back down to restrictive eating whilst learning about macros and calories. Thank you

this was funding great dude, my nana always has ago at me for eating evrey 2 ish hrs haha, and i do worry and this helped alot… and to an extent what you eat matters, but im more relaxed that your body isnt as strict as i thought it was!!!! It was nice hearing that you shouldnt rely on others advice, necessarily and that you should check things out for yourself…. i have started to comapre foods and aslong as, for example. i get my protien intake for my breakfast to what it shoiuld be…. WHATEVER I EAT thats fine… uf i dont want toast and protien peanut butter, then i dont,, i just try and make the rest of the protien up with whatever i can

It`s so important to see the difference between healthy and rational nutrition, thank you for the video! Just one remark – roasting on the olive oil in common is not a good choice, the better way is a roasting on refined sunflower oil due to higher smoking point(although some of the olive oil has smoking point over 160-180 C.).

It doesnt see the difference? What about the insulin peak? And the fat it creates?
Plus Bodybuilding is an healthy lifestyle, I'd rather cook a great chicken curry with loads of veg and rice than eating shitty sugary bars and other junk food.

That "protein bar" is more a fat bar. Most of the cals are coming from fat. Thanks for this video, Lex. It is always a good reminder.

Not done with the video yet, just wanted to say that I think I got an eating disorder the same exact way. I was very strict about eating every hour and a half when I was in the best shape of my life, and I was only eating the leanest foods… At one point eating almost nothing but fish and veggies (not knowing anything about the mercury in the fish). But whenever I stopped working out, I was hooked on this every hour and a half routine and still felt the need to eat that often. The difference is, since I wasn't working out I didn't care about the specific foods I was eating, which led me to eating lots of junk all the time. I gained 100 pounds and it's been about a decade, but I seem to have finally be recovering from it, slowly but surely.
