EVERYONE, just to be safe, before you do bent-over overhead tricep rope extensions the way Scott does it, make sure you already have reasonable lower body strength or have trained your lower body for a significant amount of time. Also, make sure your lower body is warmed up before doing it.
If you don't take these precautions, there's a risk of hamstring strain or Sciatica(pain affecting lower body from compression of spinal nerve root in lower back). I've been there, and trust me, these are no ordinary leg pains or sores. You DO NOT want either of them.

Hi Scott, i was training in the past (2010 – 2013) you were my mentor about learning exercises etc.. after all those years, i started trainning again, 1st thing i thought.. i have to watch Scott's videos again.
To be honest, i dont dislike the videos but the autenticity that you had before, it's gone (in my opinion), it seems very professional comparing it with 2010 2011 videos. keep the good work with the videos, i will keep watching them for sure to learn a lot with you. Cheers from Portugal

The vertical seated dumbbell extension is a stretch exercise…. however you was doing the lockout portion, trying to develop tennis elbow! Looks like maniacal ego lifting!

Half repping the overhead tricep extension? Zero stretch. Also unnecessary doing that many drop sets and going that light.

His elbows are going way too wide they should be closer to urself as much as possible plus tricep workouts aren't done with such heavy weights like he took in the first, medium weight and more reps and proper form is the key especially for triceps
