Can anyone explain why Omar is performing his squat like that ( hips raising faster than the chest as he is coming out of the hole ). He’s talked about this being bad technique before – and I just want to know if there is some new thing that he is trying or going for here.

Gravity in Toronto is actually 0.16% higher than Los Angeles. So assuming the 45lbs were calibrated to Los Angeles they would weigh 45.07lbs each in Toronto. So your 602lbs lift in Toronto would actually be 603lbs in Los Angeles.
