I love OATS!!!!!!! And APPLES!!!!!!!!!! I don't meal prep sometimes I measure, what I'm really focused on is eating as healthy as possible throughout the day! Oh interesting about the kombucha when you added it to the oatmeal. Just tried mystic mango yesterday, yum!!!!!

I am jealous that Ryan is okay with you decorating the bedroom with girly colors and decor pieces. I have fought with my boyfriend for like a million times over how I want to style the house. I know it is NOT a big deal but haha I wish he can just let me do whatever I want with the house 🙂

Hi I started following your channel this summer…I had half of my thyroid removed due to a cancerous nodule and now I am hypothyroid and I have been reading as much as I can about it… my question is about your meal prep in this video. I love broccoli and lots of cruciferous veggies and I read that I can’t eat that type of veggie, do you just cook/ roast it enough that it doesn’t affect your thyroid? P.S loving your channel and it makes me feel like I can get through living with hypothyroidism! So thanks!
