To be clear I am not advocating beginners or those that do not currently use supplements to use supplements. Furthermore, I am not recommending you build the exact same pre-workout I use.

[Citrulline Malate 6-8 Grams]

MACROS (for flavour/comfort/energy)

[Waxy Maize Starch Amlocel 30-60 Grams]

Pre workout: Beta Alanine 4-6gr, Citrulline Malate 6-8 gr or L-citrulline 3-5 gr, caffeine

Intra workout: EAA (essential amino acids) 10gr (do not use BCAA), cluster dextrin 15gr

Post workout: Whey Isolate 30gr, Creatine Monohydrate 5gr (do not use with caffeine that’s why this is post supplement)

Do not use any antioxidants

Do you mix the pre-workout with water or milk? I prefer mixing milk with protein shakes.. so I'm hoping mixing with milk instead of water is fine.

I tried to do this when I saw the video. Accidentally typed in 3gs of caffeine instead of 300mgs. Didn't realize until I threw it back up 5 minutes later.

Creating, L citrulline was my go 2 bc it by passes the liver much faster. Beta I don't like. I prefer l argenine idk why i get more of a pump, it's gotta be converted Into citrulline. Alacar carnitine mixed with the other kinds Is fucking awesome In high doses. after a week or two. 100mg-250mg of niacin vitamin b3 will make your body feel warm it's awesome. It you want a stimulant try orange peel extract powder.

What's nice with making your own is you can tone down the beta alanine and caffeine at first or have no caffeine to get a feel for how much tingling you get at 2g's and then the recommended dose over time. Idk for sure but Ryse supps has a very good non proprietary blend formula, variety and transparent ingredients to show you what's in it and how many mg or g's👍👍.
