I've never done strict curls to my knowledge tbh I'm a noob lifter but I've curled a regular 45 pound bar with 200 on it is that different from strict form? also I'm weigh about 205 and I'm not fat

Hey Nick, do you know the current world record for the strict curl in the 165lbs weight class? All I can find online is from the 100% RAW powerlifting federation, where the record is 156.5lbs as of feb 2017. But then I saw you had a state record for 165lbs at 165lbs?? Any info appreciated!
