I try always stick to just one cup a day. My goal is to cut out ALL drinking for 30 days and run almost daily, cut out most sugar and carbs too. 3 days in now and going strong – but as someone that loves a glass of wine in the evening it's a little tough haha.

My resolution for the year is to take my fitness and weight loss journey day by day and trust the process of working out and eating healthy. Everyone always says trust the process of losing body fat by going to the gym and eating healthy once they have lost the weight, but how do you maintain that mindset along the way ? Idk if you already made a video about that because I’m new to year channel, and I love it btw 😊 but I would love some tips to stay motivated !

Love this! I can't wait to see what 2020 brings! I would love to see your experience with Smile Direct Club. I actually was thinking about doing the same since my bottom teeth aren't straight anymore after having braces when I was younger. <3

And I will actually enjoy doing Yoga with you, Katie! Happy new year to you and your husband, love you guys!

Video idea, do a get better sleep video but targeting on mattresses types, best fabrics for bedding, types of sleepy essential oils, night time routine that isn’t about our physical bodies but what to do more on topic of the material things that help us sleep😴

Katie!!! I also did smile direct club about two years ago. My front teeth were crooked, and they were amazing after a year. I wanted to put my two cents in for you personally…after my teeth were straight, they send you retainers to wear at night, to keep the smile you worked so hard on. However every two months my plastic retainers they sent kept breaking and I needed to keep ordering more, and they cost $100 per retainers to wear at night. So what I did was I went to an orthodontist and bought myself some retainers that have the metal bar going across the teeth, and the plastic upper/lower pallet to wear at night. They are MUCH more durable, mine cost about $650, but are meant to last for 10 years, so it saves money in the long run. I wish you luck on your smile direct club journey, they are great!!!

Hi love, dental student here. I love your channel and you have been motivating me so much with my workout routine and healthy eating goals!! I am so sorry about your past experience with the dentist 🙁 Although it is easy, SmileDirectClub is not a safe recommendation. They don't require diagnostic aids like x-rays, or clinical evaluations. Patients who have gum disease and don't even know it can and have lost teeth by using this system. SmileDirectClub won't turn patients away for this if they cannot see it in the photo. Ideal patients for this system would see their dentist regularly and understand their periodontal health, but even then, the movement can cause the contact of the teeth to be off if they don't do it right. SDC is not required to provide you more aligners if this happens, it is part of the "risk" you take when you sign up. Just some food for thought! Love you!
