Hi! I’m loving your videos, and found you when you went All In. Very exciting, super glad to see you here in this video and throughout your journey!! (I also want to apply to a grad school or PhD program soon and would love to hear more about how you decided what was right for you!) But anyway, my question is: how long does it take you to do a full workout like this? I find it difficult to have enough time throughout my week where I can fit in four full weight days in the gym, get enough sleep, and work full time… any tips or tricks? My gym is kinda scary it’s pure guys at the weights. It’s really intimidating also starting and not knowing if I have the right form 😥 but I’ve been going to the gym lol slowing inching closer to the weights
