I'd definitely lower the protein and fat and up the carbs for mma or boxing, more energy plus you will look fuller

It's all cool and that. However I need to know and learn that your Steriod/ Clenbuterol/ Test etc free. People are not going to be conned anymore. Rich Piana was honest as fuck and as such he is sadly missed.

Hey lex i am 5ft 9”. 190 pounds. What would be a good weight for me? I have fixed my diet and have been working out in 6 weeks I have lost 2 pounds then gained it back but since lifting weight I am more muscular and a bit leaner but how can I lose more weight to be about 165 but get aesthetic looking muscles?

Taste tip: Try pouring a couple of the flavored coffee creams into your protein shake. ie…the little ones that you get in restaurants. French vanilla, Etc.

I add 1 sachet of coffee and handful of flax seeds to get rid of the extra sweetness of the Banana Cream flavoured whey protein that I am currently using.

Up the carbs Lex. If you do HITT you will be burning MORE glycogen then you can replenish quickly. Before, during and after your session eat some faster carbs. And take enough to replenish them as quick as possible. I started doing Muay Thai 2 months ago, I was an elite-category cyclist last year. Endurance is a big thing in martial arts. Even though I do NOT have a muscular physique at all, I own everybody in terms of cardio. If you want to improve your MMA/boxing performance, keep your weight and muscular build that you have enough power, and focus everything on your cardio performance. You bike test of 180 watts show you are at a very low level at the moment in your bodies ability to use oxygen properly, and buffer lactic acid. In comparison: I can hold almost 300 watts for 3,5 hours, no rest. And woman I coach at my gym can hold 250 watts for 30 minutes. SO, work on your cardio and carb intake 🙂 It can only get better!

I give my protein shakes a bit of go by adding some turmeric, black pepper, Himalayan sea salt and cayenne pepper in addition to any other things I add to the base protein. The spices have a good blend of micro-nurients, minerals and trace minerals.

I’m a bit basic and do use normal protein powder but i also put in a couple of spoonfuls of hot chocolate powder in with it and it balances out the flavour. Boring and basic i know but tasty and effective as well.
