There are a few ideas for fat reduction naturally
Ensure you consume enough water – I suggest 8 cups per day.
Set a max amount of chips candy sugary drinks you have each day.
minimize snacks or have fruit or vegatables.
Keep a record what you eat and check it to see how you can cut down.

I used to make this all the time when I was Healthy, and I loved it. after getting sick it’s taken me some time but I’m finally feeling motivated enough to actually go the extra time to make proper recipes again. I made this just now as my morning smoothie and substituted the yogurt for my vanilla protein powder (I use luxe fitness it’s the tastiest one of all I’ve tried and one with best carb to fat and protein ratio) and it is soooooo good !! The sweetness of vanilla, the tartness of kale and spice from cayenne just all kicked in with the subtle sourness from lemon. 😋 yum!! Now I just need to get a proper blender because this one doesn’t blend the kale enough but even with slight kale bites it’s tasty!

How strong is the banana flavor? I don't like them. If the other ingredients mask it I will give it a try-but don't want to waste time and ingredients if banana is a prevalent flavor.

I just tried this today and I absolutely loved it. It kinda reminds me of cinnamon flavored gum or mints because it's so sweet and spicy at the same time. I especially loved the Idea of adding kale because that's my favorite vegetable.
I absolutely despise kale and honestly didn't think I was going to like it, but I am desperate to lose weight and I trust Cassey. So I tried it and was delightfully surprised that it was indeed delicious. Thank you Cassey for this wonderful recipe.
