Can I have some help! I’m going to France on holiday soon. They’re VERY proud of their rich food culture and I feel like asking to take away things like cheese etc to make my dishes healthier will come across as rude and ignorant as I’m not appreciating their gastronomy. Please help!xx

Don’t think of it as a ‘medication’, as it’s more like a ‘supplement’ (i.e. replacing what your body lacks). Just like taking vitamins.

The pool!? I never touch the pool in Playa Del Carmen, the snorkeling, scuba diving, and cenotes(cave pools) are what make Mexico amazing!

This came at such a perfect time! I'm heading off on a cruise out of Florida to the Caribbean on Thursday and my goal is to stay as healthy as I can (maybe even get healthier)! I'm actually so excited because I feel like there will be no excuses on this trip to be healthy!

Don’t ever go to Mexico, it is not safe! Friends recently went and they will NEVER go back! Would not let them get out of the country w out paying cash. The hotels are nice and cheap but it is NOT SAFE!
