I have that scale and I love it so much!!! Do you have a video on bloat?? I eat very healthy, no gluten, no dairy etc.. however sometimes the bloat is unreal….HELP!!

please do not self diagnose your vitamin needs, get that medical advise from a doctor who can actually tell you what you need and not a website that doesn't know your real needs, it's dangerous, people can really hurt themselves or even die from consuming a vitamin in excess

Actually it's not so good to drink water with an open top when waking up because drinking water left in an open glass is not super sanitary, especially with dust and debris possibly in the air. So that's something to keep in mind, and I never drink from an open glass in the morning that was sitting out all night 🙂 In my morning routine, I always go to the kitchen and get a new glass with fresh water from sink or bottle or boil my own water : D

So how does that scale tell you your body fat percentage, muscle mass and water weight when those tests are normally done in other ways, like pinching your upper arms with a calipher or whatnot? There are only twelve points of contact between your body and the scale — ten toe pads and two soles — or fourteen if you count the heels and the balls of the feet separately, and surely you can't take those measurements from the feet alone, can you? o_O

I use levothyroxine as well, I had a brain tumor in my pituitary gland. So, my thyroid doesn't work.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well by my chiropractor, actually two chiropractor and they both gave me the same medication, it’s a dietary one by Standard Process called “Thytrophin” I’ve never had blood work done. Do you recommend? Because the chiropractors cannot proscribe me any other medication other than the dietary ones the have in their offices.
