Do you have chart that tells you so many calories per gram on stuff thats not labeled like steak chicken etc. I want to start tracking my meals to learn portion sizes. Thanks man

You could have used ALL of the Quark, it is PURE protein, the carbs are idiotically low and there is like 0.1g of fat and like 12g of protein per 100g, so you would get more protein with a tiny amount of calories, you would grow without gaining fat at all. When I cut i replace all of my oats with quark, I make a bowl of 750g of quark with 2 scoops of protein 1 egg in it and plenty of sweetner( you can't taste the egg at all that's why I add it for extra protein!), and the protein is like close to 140g the fat is less than 10g and it is only like 26g of carbs. best thing in the world !!! I usually eat this before bed as i fast all day and I would have it after my main meal and my daily calories would stay at roughly 1,450-1,750. and Quark is extremely filling.

mate I live on a farm and we got geese, the amount of egg whitein one of those babies is creazy for expample: a goose eeg is about the size of your fist, maybe a little bigger. 90% is egg white.
edit: Better example wrap your hand around your fist, like your cracking your knuckles, thats a goose egg.

Hi Rob I love the video and ideas. You're a great inspiration. Please clarify what you mean by 250g egg whites. 1 whole egg has 30g of egg white so 250g egg white would come from 8 or so eggs.
