Thanks for the video! Any ideas for us gals that really don’t like veggies. I know it’s terrible, but I only eat a few and do not like cooked veggies pretty much at all. That being said I try to have at least 2 per day but get sick of them bc I eat the same ones over and over 😭

I thought oats are for lowering cholesterol and if i’m trying to lose weight and I have hypothyroidism this will not work for me correct?

hi, don't you have a hard time digesting onions? i'm painfully bloated every time i'm having them (even the smallest amout, cooked as well as raw) and found out that there is a connection between hypothyroidism and an intolerance to onions. missing them in all of my savory meals to be honest! so, can i be hopeful that one day i'll be able to digest them again?
