Late to the game for this playlist but how do you break this up? Like do you do chest and something else on the same day? Can you do chest then back the next day or is that hitting upper body too much? Basically using all the workouts on this playlist how would you break it up into a routine to get all areas.
But in your other video you said drop sets don't work..
I dont have last machine in my gym, please suggest any alternative for that.
