Bulking and cutting are processes most bodybuilders go through. Bulking is the process of consuming an excess of calories with the intention of gaining more muscle mass without being overly concerned about additional fat gain. Cutting is the process of consuming a calorie deficit in order to burn any unwanted body fat.

Basically, I don’t really do either.
