why do you do bicep curls alternating but hammer curls together?
Is not wrong to use your back to help with the exercise ? Our that much is fine ? How much is wrong to arch your back ?

That is a lot of reps for biceps. I can do 2 exercises to failure and then I can`t even flex my biceps and its all pumped up. How do you end up doing so many exercises for such small muscle? You do 5 dropset exercises that is monster! If your muscle is destroyed after a dropset what is the point of another 4 exercise? I am beginner and just trying to make sense out of this, no offense to Scott!
