@TheFatKid128 you should probably switch it up.. If you're power lifting, I'm guessing you're doing low rep ranges.. Maybe you can focus on a weight that you can pull 6 to 10 reps out of. I'm only 5'6 and I started lifting at 117lb. Three years later (today) I'm 145-150lb. Given the fact that I'm only 5'6, I only plan on gaining 15 to 20 more pounds..
8%? Alberto Nunez is 6%, I don't know if that is accurate of this guy.
Hey Omar how tall are you?
His genetics dont look the best tbh
some of you guys believe everyone that doesn't look like a blob or a stick Is on steroids.
this guy is fucking amazing, brain of examine.com ty sooo much Dr Spencer and Omar!!!
gerd fucking damnit omar dude didnt we talk about interrupting people FUUUUU
lol
worst waist ive seen hes not a bodybuilders imo
Why, for the love of god, does everyone have to debate the "naturalness" of Omar's guests. Just live your damn life, who cares if he's on drugs or not. Focus on YOURSELF.
Don't know if any of you guys know the answer to this? But I've been on a 6 day per week program. Now I've noticed some issues there and it's probably the lack of deloading.Â
Would it be a good thing to go heavy on my first 3 days and lighter on my 3 last days?Â
I noticed quite some improvement in the first few weeks, but I'm wondering if 6 days a week would make a lot of difference to 4 days a week (3 days going heavy, 1 day cardio). I'm anxious to lose muscle so I've never wanted to do the big compound movements only once a week.
Keep in mind that I'm natural and intend to stay this way, so I would prefer (if you have any information that is) Â that you also mention your sources.
How can Omar seriously say that he is 8% body fat. He has himself said that people always underestimate their body fat. From the looks of it, he probably more around 12-14%…
TFW you've been lifting natty for 10+ years, then a guy (lifting less than 3 years) comes and asks: " Bro, what's your stack?" Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â FUCK YOU.
A doctor has gotta have some patients. Good talk!
why does he keep shrugging
Get that doctor outa here! docs think they know tha shit.. its all a fuking industry 0 health involved! what about becomming a doctor in health instead of medcine…. not making people pop posioness pills but actually curing their syptoms / disease.
He aint gained shit for 15 years, his "serious lifting" perception is very pissening.
Lol claiming this guy uses… Seriously you think his build is that impressive? If I used I would hope I looked a lot better/bigger than 220 @ 6'2"… If he is using, I'd double check to make sure I wasn't getting bunk gear because his build is plenty achievable being natural
hi Omar can you support my girl Lindsay on instagram @healthytakeoutÂ
she cook healtymeal and she would love to have your support many many thanks
Maybe he's natural but he swears his brother is natural in a video on his channel, and if you can't just look at his brother and tell he's juicing then you haven't spent much time in a gym around people who train with and wiithout the gear, it's that simple
Don't kid yourselves guys
Good video. I like the part about not taking a week off EVER. Question: you mention how to go from 6'2" 140 skinny to 222 ripped, where can you steer a 6' guy trying to go from 360 fat to 250 strong.
Respect to @***** . State Champ!
220@8%bf that's not natty bro,FFMI-26.6 & the dude says he's not a genetic freak, u crack me up-actually he's right he's not a genetic freak just a roided meat head
lol @ the steroid comments. if youre basing that off FFMI youre using wrong informaiton. just because he claims 8% doesnt mean he is. he's closer to the 12-15% range. more muscle mass = looking leaner even with more fat. his abs arent that defined. he'd be RIPPED at 8%.furthermore, he looks totally natural. his delts arent popping like steroid users. same for traps. arms are proportional. his brother is on roids, but spence is not
Why do I keep getting ads for baby formula on fitness channels??
HA! I follow this guy on IG
What makes that hard veiny arm? I have about the same size arm, total genetics, I lift about three weeks a year consistently, then move on to some other fitness program with focus on fitness and endurance etc. Grappling takes most my workout time. What I’m trying to say is that I’m not doing nearly enough to be asking for a similar physique as Dr Spencer, but why does he have that look but Omar does not. Even though Omar looks great himself. I’m just asking about that hard dry look. Is that just low body fat or is something else to do with body type, some veiny others not?
