Unfortunately I don't have another starting photo that is front relaxed but you can see what my before physique was like here (10 min mark): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VTJLyZNiH4
I went from 197.6lb to 179.2lb in 13 weeks (approx. 90 days). In this video, I detail EVERYTHING, the weekly macro adjustments and overview my training intensity per week. For the thumbnail I attempted to recreate the photo on the left after leaning down. We did the photo shoot at midnight so we couldn't go outside but the no pump, relaxed and slightly leaning forward we recreated to give a visual example.
This is the final video that will be done on my 2019 weight loss transformation. In 2020, I'll be getting leaner. For now, I'm going to pivot into a strength/mass phase and will have a video on that later. To everyone that wants to undergo such a transformation, it is well within your capabilities.
Do an honest transformation Pic day 1 and day 90 is a joke – yes there is improvement but look at the differences Pic 1: bright light Pic 2:dark light creating shade and depth Pic1: slumped poor posture Pic 2: good posture Pic 1: stomach pushed together and out Pic 2: pulled length weighs and back Pic1 : pale skin Pic 2: tan
It’s bs these pics could actually have been taken 1 day apart who knows
HAHAHA… THE IMAGE FOR THIS PICTURE COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN 30 seconds APART. Fuck you and your “90 day transformation”. You sucked in the gut, got a pump and changed the angle/lighting. Then you have the audacity to teach a bullshit calorie counting system. Fuck. Read a book on weight loss (I recommend “The Calorie Myth), and stop bullshitting your viewers.
Hi, so is your calorie maintainence and deficit all based off of your original weight? How come it doesn't change based on your new weight as you lose?
Any thoughts on making the diet breaks maybe 1 week long instead of 2? I’m three weeks into this and I started at 185 and now I’m around 177.5lb. Was aiming to get to 168-170lbs.
Hey Omar, I want to follow this after laying off the GYM for pretty much since the pandemic started. Should you recommend starting with the caloric deficit right away or should I start with my maintenance calories as I'm fully sedentary right now?
Literally followed the same exact diet (numbers were different due to weight differences and body types) and i can honestly say this is going to be my go to routine for cutting, literally kept almost all my strength by the end of it, and didn’t feel diet fatigue at all, thanks Omar!

Water weight and some cardio and watching what's eaten after a brief hiatus…..
By taking pictures 90 days apart?
Omar – Do people ever pester you about the length of your hair?
do you still take creatine during your cuts?

You mention increasing your daily steps during this process, but any advice for someone who regularly gets 15,000 steps from work?
Informative but you really have to make fitness and nutrition your complete daily focus to accomplish this kind of seems boring and unsustainable

If you wanted to stay at your weight of 179.2, would you just immediately go back to maintenance while keeping the cardio?
The intro kills me every time gaw damnit! 😂😂😂
Great video man, i have it bookmarked!
you're from Toronto?!
Thats some sick awesome content man! Respect!
Take shot every time Omar says “bump”.
You welcome
Out and about around the hoase.
super impressive man – coming back to this video after about a year
Your still 40% body fat
5:02 the most underrated form of exercise to get lean…
Did you carb cycle or just keep your macros the same throughout the week?
You get your maintenance calories from your starting weight, and do you adjust when you lose weight to maintenance for the lost weight
Thanks for this video Omar, so helpful. How did you calculate your estimated maintenance calories?
Two terms. Reverse Dieting and diet breaks
That hair flow is metal god type shit, I'm jealous
Hol up; did you say your maintenance while sedentary is 2900 calories? SEDENTARY!!!. That's not fair at all lol.

I'm such a noob cause idk what the fuck a mackrol count is!!
Or just eat at a 10-15% defiicit continuously and don't lose strength either
Out and about and away from the house. Never heard a more Canadian sentence in my life.
“Exciting plans in 2020” That aged well. Woof
