Another great video, Katie. This, combined with the workshop, resonate so much. It makes so much sense, the way you’ve explained it. And I loved when you said “planning; seems obvious..but it’s not.” It feels even more true after watching this. Thank you! 😙🙏🏾 @lsfgal

I could not do Invisalign for the same reason! I got ceramic braces for the top and traditional for the bottom. It wasn’t so bad, except I should have gotten them off sooner. You know COVID! Maybe look into that, especially if it’s just the bottom. 😊

OMG yay! Love this video! Definitely ready to sit down and plan my goals for 2021. Excited to use your techniques. Macros and micro goals have really helped me feel accomplished along my journey.

You are so on my wavelength…. I’ve been obsessed with planners since I got my first one in Jr. High, and they are an absolute necessity in my life. I have signed up for your 30 day challenge and will definitely stick with it this time!! You are a great inspiration for women, and I appreciate you!! 💖

She is absolutely correct. Planning is key, writing it down is key and I also review my goals and objectives daily as well and write in my journal daily about what I did to accomplish the micros. All the best ladies! You got this and don’t underestimate this process. ☮️❤️🦄

One of my favorite videos about motivation is by Jordan Syatt, and he explains in the video that people THINK motivation leads to action which leads to results but how motivation ACTUALLY works is by action leading to results which leads to motivation. Basically, you don't wait for motivation to help you make changes. You do the thing you don't want to do and then get motivated by seeing your results. I found that to be an incredibly useful lesson. The video is called "how to get motivated to eat healthy and exercise." It was a pretty revolutionary idea for me, so thought I'd share. 🙂 While I'm here, I'm a little bit of a planning obsessed person (okay, okay, A LOT bit), and I read a quote recently that I love: "People romanticize their plans but dread the execution. The magic you're looking for is in the work you're avoiding."

Thank you for this video!! It's amazing how you can hear rendition after rendition of an idea, and then one day you hear someone's take on the idea and it just makes sense and clicks! This video did it for me on goal planning. The idea of having a venn diagram or a spiderweb diagram combined with the macro and micro goals just makes visual sense! I also love the reward idea. The only thing I ever reward myself with is food, I'm confident promising myself some yoga pants will get my butt moving! I'm so down for 2021 and LSF 30!! You rock! 💕

This is such a fantastic video!! Loved everything about! I found it so helpful and really made me start thinking about how I'm going to break down my two major goals for 2021 into micro goals and start planning! I also really like the reward idea and it NOT being a treat food-wise, which is exactly what I would have done! (PS That colour looks amazing on you!) Thanks so much Katie!!! Keep these amazing video's coming!! – @_saragetsfit_lsf

Hey Katie! thx so much for this video <3 honestly, the number one goal I have is to lose about 25 pounds which would mean being around 20% body fat and no longer have insulin resistance cause it's something I've been struggling with for quite a while.

I just love you four phase steps!! I also liked how easy you made the process to accomplish any goal. One of my goals is to get organized! I know it sounds corny, but I got so mad at myself for not being as organized as I used to be and I got very frustrated with myself this past year. So I would like to change that! Thank you for sharing your video, I really needed to listen to it!!!💜
