I cant do leg extensions and hamstring curls, what can i do instead ?
I dont have the equipment for it.

They are hard to find exact replacements for. Hamstring curl – Manual Negative Glute Ham Raises found in "Incredible Bodyweight Exercises" video and Leg Extension – Lunges

I am doing this Exercise 2:15 at home casually. For my lower leg muscles.

omg I usually don't get sore in my lower body but these drop sets killed me! my calves are stiff and like jello the next day (i should've stretched). I love this muscle building series so far 😀
