Cannot wait to do this tomorrow morning! 🙅🏻 Cannot believe the January challenge is nearly over. It has been so much fun! Also, my boyfriend and I have incorparated lots of the recipes from your 7 Day Clean Eating Plan into our regular diet. So, been working since day 1 , still going strong, plus eating clean. Plus my boyfriend has been working out with me for three days. He won't do the Toning Workouts, but he loves the HIITs, which I pick for him. Just wait and see, by the end of next month he'll also be loving the Toning. Thank you so much, Lucy! Not only have friends and I started our own little workout group (and we are losing weight, feeling fitter, healthier, happier), but also I got my boyfriend interested in clean eating and working out. You are the best. Ever. I can never thank you enough. 💖💞💖
I'm so glad I got through this today! This was the first day where I was so so unmotivated due to feeling sleepy and cramps (pms) all day but once I did it once half heartedly, I felt good for doing it & so I did it another time through giving it my all!! Thanks Lucy for your awesome workouts!

So motivational which I need love that you said no matter what age. I am 53 went through some tough times weight more then ever have. Need to be fit and healthy.

This workout was quite a challenge for me! I must admit I didn't get enough rest last night and it affected my workout.
So I struggled some but finished well. I feel great! I have more energy now and feel very toned. Thank you Lucy for yet another challenging and wonderful workout!

Good feel these exercises, a very healthy snack or I have one for lunch as follows: squash ripe bananas add Australian sultanas and currants, cinnamon and oats. No measuring just add then if consistency is firmish make patties place on baking paper and cook on approx 180° for around 40 minutes, don't overcook that way dried fruit stays succulent. make them big or small. I generally go for about 75gms. I take one when I go shopping for lunch with a coffee. Eat slowly and savour the taste. The recipe is adaptable to your individual taste more or less spice etc. I hope others will try these instead of bought cakes/muffins etc. Thanks Rosemary

I love your words of truth. I so wish you could personally talk to my 16-year-old granddaughter who is probably well over 200 pounds and she’s 5ft9. That’s very sad as her grandma to see her sit around and do nothing but eat taco chips and chicken nuggets. I’ve tried to get her to walk with me or do some exercise to do something fun she can’t even keep up with what her 65-year-old grandma does.
