Patrick and Bumstead both trying to play the "size game". Ultimately they are sacrificing aesthetics, and for what? It's very possible to gain lean muscle. It may take longer to acquire the size and mass they want, but at least they will keep the aesthetics. I don't think people realize, that once a fat cell is created, it can only reduce in size. It cannot be "destroyed". This is the common misconception, (among many) that dirty bulking is the only way to bulk. But this is not the case! And considering both Patrick and Cbum compete around 230 lbs (give or take), they aren't even close to maxing out genetic potential. I have tried it both ways, and eating at only slightly above maintenance is better. Still making gains and staying relatively lean, around 10 percent bodyfat. Now granted I am only 220 lbs, on a full stomach. But I always feel and look much better, keeping my diet in check and staying lean. The few times I would eat at surplus, did nothing for gains and just bloated me up!
Wesley has twist a bit in front poses like Arnold did to get the V shape instead od Y
I like Wesley's physique, including his legs which give him more of an athletic look. He looks more athletic and has a body that looks like it is meant to move powerfully, in comparison to other traditional modern bodybuilder physiques that look like a round ball of muscle that rolls around slowly. And I prefer that athletic aesthetic which is rare at his size because it implies a power that can be used.
Despite everything, I really enjoy Wesley's physique. Pleasing to the eye.
I dont think he'll place high, yet this is really good looking physique even with that % of bodyfat.
Wesley is so esthetic.
Wesley looks much better than any guy in classic and should easily best bumstead or breon
Bubble gut 2020 😂
Curry is a great Mr O. When has anyone ever said that Phil is doing much for the fans, posting great updates, treating people nice on his SoMe etc.
Hadn‘t ronny also once had a small mid-section?
I’ve always liked Phil Heath but I’m not sure how well he’s going to do against the competition💪🏽
Wesley will be top 2 this year's olympia.
He is most underrated by most youtubers but he is a smart focused bodybuilder.he has a good physique for his division.
So close to 1 million subs!
I’m sure he doesn’t want this.. but Patrick Moore’s genetics would probably be more suited for classic physique. He might be able to put some more size on, but I really think he should do classic. I’d hate for him to ruin his gift of a small waist just to try to keep up with the bigger guys
I think Phil just flat out has better lines than Brandon. Phil just can't touch Brandons midsection, I hope Brandon gets his second Sandow! Chris upper back is unfortunately lacking, I think in 2 years Wesley will be the future of classic!
Brandon is and will always be a one time Mr. O, Just like Rhoden. The best bodybuilders just weren't present.
Regan Grimes bicep is way too weak, he will never aquire the top of the top.
Chances that British Grand Prix gets cancelled?
Wesleys lat flair is insane
Did you say Wesley Vintage Gold is entering the Mr Olympia?
I honestly think Wesley's weight looks very wide, not a fan.
His physique is amazing
Wesley,s physique is stupendous
Wesley win Mr Olympia…
Breon fixed his gut. Chris is gonna have a hard time
