I wanted to add that I am so confident now because of doing your workouts that I've started wearing pants after 20 years! Last I wore pants was in 1998 during our class drama in front of the school, you've given me so much confidence, I shall forever be in your debt, you're the BEST 💖

Lucy, I’m currently recovering from mild concussion and have been in bed for a little over a week and my back is starting to hurt already. Is there any light movement/ exercises I can do it bed for this time being? Thank you, Anna

Now that I have watched Lucy's Monday morning motivator, I can officially start a new week with enthusiasm and hope!! It's so true! There is no perfect. Hey lucy! Id love a video about workouts with your children. My son is 8 and he is not the most active when there is no school and its not soccer season. Id love something simple but fun we could do a couple times a week together. Preferably something in the house as the weather here in Seattle WA is not always the best

I found Lucy today and with all the positive comments I am willing to follow Lucy workout challenges. I am 5'2.5" and weighs 57.2kgs . I have been trying to loose weight from past 4 weeks with diet control and walking but nothing concrete except for 2kgs were lost. I am willing to lose 5-7kgs and inches asap from upper-body and thighs for upcoming event. I am starting today. Will soon post the results. It's motivating reading so many people trying this workouts. But I am confused from where do I start with so many videos. Lucy if u could help me out and list me the videos in comment which would be beneficial for me then that would be really nice of you. Thanks.
