It's been a week since I found your channel & began seriously working out. I start with the postnatal/DR routine, listen to your love your body video, then do the cool down stretch routine you filmed on Ice Mountain. At might, your bedtime routine is up, followed by the stretches. I found out I need to stretch after that as well or I'm too sore to move the next day. I didn't reach my goal of 6 days of working out, but that's OK because I did reach the minimum recommendation of 5!
I am a 34 yr old Mum to three little boys. I recently started an education journey on detoxification and clean healthy eating. Sometimes I just want to give up because it is so hard and confusing.. whats good whats not. I can't possibly get my kids to cut out chicken nuggets for a plant based diet?!?! Or at least I say that in my head. But really I CAN DO IT! It wont be an easy journey but we can do it! Anyother people out there on the same kind of road?

Lucy pls suggest me which type of exercises I can continue every day to lose weight..it's my humble request…I done your muffin top and belly fat exercises…it was unbelievable..but which exercises I can do everyday to lose weight.?

Hi Lucy, I am suffering from pcos and you know this leads to weight gain and it is also difficult to lose weight. So could you please upload a video on pcos diet and helpful exercises.😊😊😊😊
Hi Lucy , I started to follow your channel feew weeks ago, during this week i did your workout every day , I started with 10 minute and i've increased to 25 minute , at the and of this first week I noticed that my legs and abdomen are more tonic, diuresis has increased, i feel more energy. I will continue to train with your videos.
